Meeting the latest building regulations
All our work is carried out to meet current building regulations. As of January 2005, all new domestic electrical installations and all alterations to current installations have to be inspected to ensure they comply with electrical safety performance standards. These standards cover the design, installation, inspection and testing of domestic electrical work, and the provision of information.
We will provide you with a compliance certificate on the completion of all work.
If you choose to sell your property in the future you will need this certificate to prove to your purchaser’s surveyors that any domestic electrical work installed after January 2005 complies with the new Building Regulations.
